I loved staying here because I was just a short walk away from the National Museum, which showcased some amazing exhibits, and I found the incredible variety of delicious food selections to be a highlight of my trip.

Pool water could use a chlorine boost!!! A more attentive approach to maintenance matters would help!!! Better drainage in the shower would also be beneficial to avoid that slippery situation!!!

Highly recommend for families

The staff was nice, always accommodating, and made sure my family felt right at home. One night we enjoyed the free fruits and desserts, which were not just fresh but a good treat for everyone after a long day!

The breakfast buffet impressed me with its variety. every morning offered something different that satisfied my appetite. The deluxe queen room was not only clean but also equipped with comfortable bedding that made for a relaxing night’s sleep. I appreciated the garden view outside, providing a serene backdrop while enjoying my morning coffee.

the bathroom cleanliness was kinda off. but the location is convenient, just minutes from the airport. the breakfast buffet had tasty options. and the pool area was really inviting.

The room was huge and super clean, really impressive for the price. Bed and linens were comfy, and they even provided extra pillows and quilts for a small cost. The fridge worked great, and I loved having a nice TV and coffee setup. Just a heads up, the view was kind of blah with air conditioning units outside, but honestly, I was too busy enjoying the stay. Breakfast was solid too, pretty tasty overall!

i had a great stay at butuan grand palace! the staff were so polite and helpful, and the room was large and clean. i loved having the swimming pool all to myself. breakfast was delicious, and their spa facilities were a nice bonus for some relaxation.
